Do you lead a team that is made up of mostly Introverts? Do you struggle to connect and motivate them? When I coach leaders or read articles about how to lead introverted employees, it seems as if people think Introverts are a mystery that need to be solved.
My goal is to demystify the process for a win-win outcome.
“I love me, I love me not. I love me, I love me not.” Introverts, does this sound like the voice in your head as it nears Valentine’s Day—or maybe every day?

Do you know what you need to thrive during times of change?
This may be a change that you choose like finding a new job, losing weight, or seeking a new romantic relationship. Or it could be a moment of change that you don’t choose, like your favorite yoga studio closing, your job being eliminated, or breaking up with someone you thought was the love of your life.
As an Introvert, do you find it challenging to share your ideas or thoughts with your boss or team? Have you ever wished that there was an app or guide to help Introverts navigate a relationship with an extraverted boss?

I learned this the hard way.
What superpower would you choose to help manage your health? I imagine some people might choose the power to instantly gain or lose weight or to turn their favorite junk food into healthy food. Or maybe you would like to stop time to get some extra sleep. For most Introverts, having time to themselves to process their thoughts and enjoy their inner world is not only a powerful way to re-energize, but it is essential in managing their overall health.
But what happens when you don’t get the time you need to feel your best?
