This is my first time hearing about this concept. So every thing felt strange especially trying to match the wording of a question with any of the choices. Using the word always in a question really makes it difficult to respond ehile the response neutral was difficult for me to even define.
It was rather a let down not to see any of results because material went straight to the payment page. I dont think that was right
