The tone of this reads very condescendingly to someone like me, someone who is INFJ. Also, I hate when folks, like as mentioned by others, give inaccurate praise of my work. It makes me feel even more inadequate than I already do with my tendencies of perfectionism and lacking much self-esteem. It personally makes me feel like they are having to me give praise to fill some quota of sorts and are lying.
"This is great work, I am really happy with it." Only then will the employee stop working on the task
I take great issue with that line personally since the work won't meet my own standards. Only then, if ever, will I stop working upon a project. That is just personal opinion though, I guess.
