Does the data on the gender gap in the full report include salaries of $0 for women that quit to stay home in the averages? And that they also might be choosing to pursue careers in fields that tend to not pay as well? Would there be enough data to also compare salary by gender within the same profession, with just as many years of experience, working just as many hours? This would also be difficult to factor in, but also address competence?
