If you look at the gender wage Gap in the higher earning thinking types, those Gaps seem to be the largest of all the gaps. And that tells me it's more a male versus female issue than thinking versus feeling. As a thinking woman who spent her career an a male-dominated technical field, sometimes as the only woman in the group, it can be challenging.
