I agree. Even though finishing something grants me satisfaction, starting can be hard for me if it does not fit with my intended purpose and interest. Deadlines are also a great and needed motivation for me. Before I start, I always need to know what should I expect. I hate interruptions, too, sometimes. Thus, I have to perfect the plan in order to get the job done as efficiently as I can without any interruptions or else I'd be distracted or disappointed. I think, it's mostly the sensors who are really less prone to procrastination since they really work out of duty and responsibility (mostly Si) or thinks in the present moment. Whereas for intuitives, it's about the future or other possibilities. I am not generalizing, though, since I have NP friends who really don't procrastinate that much.
