I really enjoyed this article, Cailin. Thank you for the good advice. We all have some things we can't change for the time being, but it helps to feel in control of what we can do, and of how we think and feel.

I especially liked this idea "Take a look at your schedule, find a slot of ten minutes, and think, “What can I fill this time with to make myself feel happier? What changes can I make?”
