One of the things I've found interesting is that it's hard for me to recognize or admit that all of these fears and doubts bring, what is essentially, low self-confidence. Since I started recovering, admitting things about yourself and distinguishing truth and not has been quite difficult. Establishing things about yourself that are true and reminding yourself of the evidence of it helps a lot. It's good to hear that you're making little steps to recover, and I wish you the best!
