Thinking of the 9s I know, I see what she means by powerful, or the sense in which the word is applicable. I see it as referring to their ability to get along with others (they are warm/pleasant even if not heart types), the capacity to get things done, whether projects or work related, to go after and get what they want, to be practical (as opposed to head types for example)...
