I have met some 4's who report leaving relationship after it gets boring and ordinary after a short period. The book by Elizabeth Wagele "Are you my type, Am I Yours" presents likely high attraction within gender of type. Helen Palmer's book "the enneagram of love and work" also reports which types are more or less likely to be attracted to each other.
