As an ISTJ - yep, I agree job at hand tends to come before feelings about it. I really dislike drama, fretting and over-analyzing (to where it leads to indecision) when there's a critical task at hand. I know I'm tough to get along with in professional environments, but working on easing off in personal relationships - especially on the critical front. Playing "nice" isn't a forte though, and it's much easier for me to express facts over helping someone feel better. Ah, well, I'm not in a customer service field so it doesn't tend to get me into too much trouble so far... But yes I know there's things to work on for sure.
