I agree, how is estj the not kindest of all of them. As the description says, they priorities efficiency. If that's so, couldn't you say that taking moderate care of social life and prioritise bit more on work life be efficient? For example, if you're at your lowest or needs them for something, won't they be helpful? (Or useful, if you want to put it that way) That would be an example of being efficient too. If they're a bit smart, I'm sure they can manage their life well. But if they're not smart, well, I can't say that they're being efficient. (Unless people around them are pure useless)
