I agree with this comment. When you read through the first few types, it seems as though this is based off of stereotypes, but if you continue reading, it feels as though a lot of personal opinion is added.
I believe every type can be polite when needed. The ESTJ in particular may not appear polite just by examining them through a stereotypical lens, however, picture them in a business setting. In business, you must have some sort of diplomacy (whether it’s genuine or not is beside the point).

The ENFP description was very rude, and I don’t think it’s very professional as an article writer to describe an entire type “self absorbed” and “not great listeners.”
I agree that this writer should revise their choice of language.

I also do not do this very often, but here we are.
