As an ISFJ, I agree that I highly value integrity. But I also disagree, it's Empathy and compassion first before integrity - we sometimes restrict ourselves from saying anything or acting if it means that it might be discomforting or harsh to the person unless we truly believe that the benefits of being honest would highly outweigh the discomfort. An example would be how I would lie and make myself appear about being significantly weaker in a game to the other person to make them feel good. And how I would hesitate with correcting a peer's mistake on a project but since the truth is needed, for an hour - I think of the best words to use to MAKE SURE that they don't feel anything negative at all. We put the person's feelings subconsciously first and foremost whether we like it or not before going in with logic. That or the ISFJ just hates you enough that they could give less regard about what you're feeling and would flat-out be straightforward and honest.
