As an INFP, who you encourage to do organizational tasks, do you think its a good idea to move into another job, perhpas an administrative one? I have been burnt out doing policy analysis at an intense pace, and am considering another position at an organization that's a better fit for me, supporting a national peer to peer learning network. This work is more appealing, I've heard the team is fun, and it's more focused on logistics.... I'm just not sure I'm ready to join another driven organization yet. The work might give me more positive energy, an income and some sense of accomplishment. Or.... perhaps I should take some more time to rest first. Hard to say!
