Introverts perform well in work situations and one-on-one situations.. they just prefer to live quietly and share their lives with a small, chosen group of friends and family. The difference between an introvert and an extravert is ... an introvert wakes in the morning with her cup full and as she encounters people througout the day the cup slowly empties. By the end of the day her cup is completely drained. An extravert wakes with an empty cup and as he encounters people thoughout the day the cup slowly fills. By the end of his day his cup is full.
