That was a great read. Thank you. I am finding myself in a place in life where I have to be mindful of my stress flags and not sink into fantasy to deal. I spent almost a decade there and even started feeling like the "empty shell" version. It helps to have action plans!.... and for the record, I'm totally okay with feeling momentarily uncomfortable, if it gets me to a healthier place. Thanks again!
