Some nuance re: point #3

In certain circumstances it can be a good call to tell a Four to snap out of it. In fact, that happened to me today. I'm dealing with some difficult circumstances at the moment and I'm constantly frustrated and sulking. Someone (who I believe is also a Four) told me to snap out of it, well they didn't use those words, but they implied it with their tone. But they didn't just say "don't be upset about a silly thing", they acknowledged that this situation sucks, but added that "you are so focused on your misery that you don't see the things that you have going on in your favor. Use them to your advantage. Be creative! Here's what you can do... [proceeds to give very detailed practical advice that they used themselves when they went through something similar]". And that was very useful for me and I'm grateful for that. (I'm not grateful for the implication that I'm becoming a Royal PITA, which actually came from more than one person, but duly noted I guess)
