I'm an ENTJ. When I'm very stressed, it feels like a dark weighted blanket descends on me and I'm emotionally very heavy and quiet. I've found if I can talk out loud to myself about why I am stressed and the cause. I can get out of that dark place to an extent. Being aware of your MBTI type, facets, and dominant and inferior functions can be very helpful in knowing yourself and helping yourself. I'm now sharing with others. I appreciate this article and look forward to the next one.
