Because INTPs probably really aren't interested in filling out the info..especially if they make the higher salaries. Also, add to that they are more commonly prone to conspiracies and to the love of hibernating from social interaction a bit more than the other temperaments, that probably skews the chart. They are really great at socializing but aren't driven to do it. Matter of fact, I've heard it said "A famous INTP is one who lost his privacy." :) as I understand INTPs, they are devilishly charming in their reserved way and wonderfully expressive, if you are lucky to be in their inner court. That doesn't mean they aren't inclusive, because I find that they are.
However: please note the "I" on the front of the INTP. Rascally wabbits.
