Often it is in a job that you don't particularly like, and it is usually with people you don't particularly like; typically older people that are bossy or boring. Speaking as a late 20-something ESTJ who makes a 6-figure salary, there is no magic bullet. Dream jobs don't exist. Don't complain about your personality type looking poor in the stats, chances are you are one of them because of unrealistic expectations and a poor work ethic.
