I'm an INFP, too, and already open my own pizza business. It's at a slow progress at first, but once I found the right employees, my business start to see the light. It's really fun! It's true, we could thrive in any personalities if we keep trying and never give up! :) Now at business, I tend to be an INFJ owner/boss (a boss that always speaks kindly and politely, of course), but in my personal life, I'm still an INFP.
