I am a 40-something INTJ female, and I related to everything you wrote regarding your employment experiences (which is a rare occurrence). I often feel like a freak employee at times, because I am so unlike the others, but I am an unusual INTJ, and that's how it is. Your story largely mirrors mine, so I won't rehash.
