I'd just like to add here that if you're outdoors alone, choose your place for 'introspective treats' wisely. The inward look, I've found, is oftentimes bait for scamsters. Conversely, if you find yourself in such a situation, look the person in the eye- being a feeler, you'd have figured him/her out already and he'll know that you've seen through him. One of the pros of being a feeler- you might be able to nip scams in the bud! :-)
