My sister is my best friend also. I also really dislike most dogs. I think there is a correlation between introverts and cats and extroverts and dogs. I've thought about having a really smart dog, but it might be too needy for me like a child :). I also feel bad/sad, but only really when comparing myself to others. I actually like myself, it's just that others don't like me :). I'm a one-on-one person through and through, but when there's more than about three, I shut down :) My comments below explain more....
