Definitely not. But being female does pull some interesting social circumstance most of us would face in life. E.g. (1) finding friends in High School (e.g. I don't gab endlessly about my feelings, and no one seems interested in discussing world religions/politics/art/etc with me during lunch) and/or (2) most of my friends in life tend to be male, which becomes complicated once marriage/relationships kick in.
I've personally had so many male friends develop feelings for me over the years, it's difficult for me as a female to have life-long friends, the way my family members do.
