Hi Lee. Thanks for your comment. Most HSPs are introverts, but there are some extravert HSPs ut there. According to HSP expert Elaine Aron, 30% of highly sensitive people are extraverts. So you can be an ENFP and HSP, but it's not as common as an INFJ or INFP HSP!
