Another thing is INTPs will mainly speak if they have knowledge about the specific set of topics, so it may seem like they are walking encyclopedia, since everytime they get highlighted they will be seen as encyclopedia, otherwise they are not noticed. INTPs mostlly listen and speak if they hear something which interests them.
