Sadly, I have come to realize that Corporate America does NOT value that at all. It values bullshitting and relationships.
Someone really needs to start a job board specifically for INTJ Females because it is my belife we get taken advantage of, or scapegoated so often in the corporate world because WE WILL NOT COMPLY with mundane and silly power control moves. I will ultimatley refuse to be 'made over' to fit their ideal, and yes, they will always want to control us, because deep down they are afraid of us.
