hi...thanks for your truth experience. I am just like that a very highly ENFP. I love to help people, always wanna my name and my fam always in top. My mind always run and for sleeping, I drunked and even doing masterbutt for making complete tired my body, after all this, a little sound, again wake me up. I am a famous person also and very handsome, at my work, almost all adies wanna me, but due to my high rank position, I am not replying........................but this stress, many times generates anger and after, if some one seeing me, I make fight to him.........ooooo..........I will definitely try yours ideas......lets hope for good.....
