I'm an INFP and you totally nailed it. I managed "a funky little bookstore" that my family owned! It was a used bookstore with primarily trade transactions and "weird rules". :-)
During my senior year in business school, I was offered the opportunity to manage the bookstore but declined. It took 8 more years to finally accept the call! So I experienced 8 years' worth of experience in a very short amount of time. At least 1 crazy crisis every day. I learned invaluable lessons about myself, others, and the grace of God for completing difficult assignments that are ordained by Him to be successful.
