Yes Conor, thank you! To your first sentence I'd also add the word incomprehensible. I believe that God is so far above and beyond anything we as humans can know or understand, that the only way for Him to describe Himself in terms we can understand is to do just that - use terms we can understand and are familiar with, such as nose and mouth as you mentioned.
