Yes! It can be a challenge indeed to be a DC or CD DiSC style and a woman. It's interesting that my husband is also a CD style but not always seen as a leader. He gets feedback about how people turn to him for guidance and to explain the bigger picture, but he's not commanding like a "typical" and old-style leader looks. We know that all leadership styles have their place and I'm glad that inclusive and humble leadership is having it's time in the sun. I just wish those traits came more easily to me.
