The overuse of the word ‘terrified’ by the author demonstrates a complete lack of both professional merit and skill. Anyone worth their salt knows that this is not an accurate representation of this personality type, yet the author feels the need to only use a singular word to demonstrate more accurate terms such as irritated, annoyance, or frustration. Because of the blatant inability to have a third grader’s vocabulary, I would clearly suggest to the author that they find another profession or at least know how to research before writing an article, if they choose to do so.
