I am an INTP.For 5 years i have worked,i have brought out of the box solution and saved the companies millions of dollars.But i have been shown the door everytime.It is because those above me fear me even if i show only 1% of my knowledge.I believe that INTPs should/mostly create careers for others instead of having one and that is precisely what they do i think.Working under idiots/people fearing them is a curse for them.Sure INTPs were covered correctly.I dont think so.We're just 3%.
