Thank you, Stephanie for the post. this speaks all my thoughts!! I am an ENTP, my job is to take care of staff learning and development in a corporate setting. We need external stuff to regain energy. After reading the post, i reviewed my previous jobs and found that whenever i took a one-man-band role, it didn't last for long as i quitted easily that I was not able to tolerate solitude - making decisions, designing solutions on my own and etc etc... when i am getting more mature, I now enjoy the benefits of being alone - you are right, being alone doesn’t mean being lonely!

Now, i am taking a one-man-band role again, having my own office - I connect my old friends, share my updates with my network on social media. I formed a volunteering group with my friends to keep me in the "groud work" mode. On the other hand, i cherish the lunch time with my colleagues, to re-charge my energy!

Thank you again for this super Extravert Survival Guide!!!!!
